Goals

So time for updates! Unfortunately I'm still out of work but on a good note there's going to be a huge job fair at BYU on Wednesday. So hopefully I'll be able to find a job, there's going to be about 104 potential employers there! So wish me luck! Right now I am not happy with my body. I have gained abou ten pounds. So I've decided to set some goals and to make some changes. From now on I will try and excersise at least 30 minutes everyday. I will probably run or go on power walks everyother day and do cardio everyday in between running days. My eating habits aren't the best so I'm gonna try and eat an apple a day and start eating healthier. My goal for this month is to limit myself to one Dr. Pepper a day. I'm an avid Dr. Pepper drinker so this is a challege! Lol =) And next month my goal will be to not drink any soda at all that month. And only limit myself to drinking water and fruit juices. If you have any tips or suggestions please let me know! I love you guys! =D
