Granny Buchanan

Last night I got a call from my dad that my Great-Grandma Buchanan has passed away. I loved her very much even though I didn't get to see her often. right now I feel a little guilty for not be so sad over her death. Yes I loved her but I was never really around her, I didn't grow up with her. Does this make me a bad person for not feeling more sad about this? She was 90 years old and had pancreatic cancer, she was a diabetic as well. At least right now she is in a better place and is no longer suffering. At the moment I'm more worried about my dad and Grandma Seay I can't imagine what they're going through. This is all that I have to say for right now. Good-bye Granny you will always be missed and we will love you always!

Goals

So time for updates! Unfortunately I'm still out of work but on a good note there's going to be a huge job fair at BYU on Wednesday. So hopefully I'll be able to find a job, there's going to be about 104 potential employers there! So wish me luck! Right now I am not happy with my body. I have gained abou ten pounds. So I've decided to set some goals and to make some changes. From now on I will try and excersise at least 30 minutes everyday. I will probably run or go on power walks everyother day and do cardio everyday in between running days. My eating habits aren't the best so I'm gonna try and eat an apple a day and start eating healthier. My goal for this month is to limit myself to one Dr. Pepper a day. I'm an avid Dr. Pepper drinker so this is a challege! Lol =) And next month my goal will be to not drink any soda at all that month. And only limit myself to drinking water and fruit juices. If you have any tips or suggestions please let me know! I love you guys! =D

Random Boring Update! =p

Ok well again this week I do not have work. The company I have been working for was waiting for a new order for us to get started on well. . . it got lost and it's know where to be found! So it kind of sucks .But I will be babysitting my friend Krista's little girl Leslie this week so I'll get some money this week. Other than that not much is new! =)

Current Events

Okay so for starters last tuesday I finally turned 21! I had a blast on my birthday I ended up in Sin City for a few days. It would have been more fun if I had gone with my girls instead of just me and my friend Jeff. Jeff is pretty shy and he doesn't drink so it wasn't as much fun as it could have been. But nontheless I still had a great time and I'm glad we decided to go! =) On saturday I went to the bar for the first time with Krista and a few other girl friends. It was fun we danced all night and had a few drinks! On another good note I've had consistent work for a little over a month now yay! =D I'm currently at a temp agency called Express Staffing and they have me working at a company called Modus Link. I basically just package cd's for companies like Apple and Novell. The shifts are long but it's a job and I'm grateful to have it. Right now I am preping to go to school in January at UVU. My application for federal aide has been denied so I need to write a letter to the state for a formal review in order to be reconsidered to recieve financial aide. I hope it all works out! =) I've also considered going to bartending school but still debating about it. I'm so indecisive somtimes lol. I think stubborness and indecisiveness are genetic lol. Honestly I think I would enjoy bartending very much! It would be somthing new to learn and something to fall back on if something else doesn't work out. What do you think? Opinions are greatly appreciated! Anyways I need to get going but I will try and post a new blog every week to keep you guys up to date. Love you guys! =D
